Allstars Team – week 5

Allstars Team – week 5

Following up on our previous Allstars selection (originally called “Dream Team”) and improving it with a few crucial details like the exact value of the GPM+XPM average for each position, we’ve again gathered 5 of the best performing players from the last round in each of the 5 positions (based on the 1-to-5 system).

The image below contains the current TPL Allstars Team (scroll past it to see the statistics breakdown):

allstars1

Position

1

Player

mouz.Black

Best performing hero

Average GPM + XPM

1331

Despite his team not having nearly as great a time versus Fnatic as in their match against rox.KIS, Black has managed to surpass even the more efficient teams’ 1-players and showcase his superior skills for this position. A 940-experience-per-minute textbook example of moonlight-harvesting prowess.

Position

2

Player

TeamLiquid.Korok

Best performing hero

Average GPM + XPM

1076

The fact that this is the second time in a row for Korok to make it to the Allstars Team should speak for itself. If that’s not enough, think about how you’d feel if a Shadow Fiend that just had about 300 souls for dinner appeared in front of you from thin air. That’s some scary stuff.

Position

3

Player

VP.Santa

Best performing hero

Average GPM + XPM

1042

To declare the position 3 top-performer turned out to be a pretty tough call. Until Santa stepped up to the challenge for his team in game number two versus paiN. Yes, it’s a Necrolyte and, among its core items, it also has a Desolator. Run.

Position

4

Player

Alliance.Akke

Best performing hero

Average GPM + XPM

731

Sweeping the competition, Akke‘s indisputable Chen in a 17-minute game 1 versus Fnatic solidified his dominance in the position 4 play for this round.

Position

5

Player

rox.KIS.Dread

Best performing hero

Average GPM + XPM

669

Similarly to mouz, Dread‘s team also wasn’t exactly the best-performing team of this past round (and a half), but still his solid performance in the 5-position (before the roster changes) earned him a spot in the best-five. Check out his Reavered-up Shadow Demon game.
